The aim of this course is to give the learner an in-depth knowledge of various aspects of a running and managing food & beverage operations. The learner will not only develop better understanding of systems and procedures, but also conceptual and strategic knowledge and skills to bring about efficiency in operations and achieve sustainable profitability.

A basic understanding of different aspects food & beverage operations from an international perspective.

• Food Hygiene, Health & Safety.
  

Training in basic food hygiene as well as in industry health and safety issues

• Restaurant & Bar Management.
  

This module on management  examines in detail the role of the manager of each of the major areas of food & beverage service operations right from designing, planning, organising, staffing, and marketing.

• Controls in F & B Operations.
  

This module deals with the most important management function that is controls of all aspects of operations, which is ultimately responsible for the bottom line of the business.
