Yes. CIHM will assist you to choose a university and secure admission in these universities after you clear the CTH Diploma/Advanced Diploma.

The certificate for Diploma programmes will be awarded by CTH, and you will receive it in hard copy after you pass the examination. However, after completion of each module and successful completion of online exam you will be awarded a online certificate of completion.

For single module certification, online certificate will be awarded after successful completion. You may request a hard copy certificate, that will be mailed to you at a nominal fee.

There are a certain number of hours of online study that you have to complete for each module/ course within stipulated number of days. This time varies from course to course or module to module. You will be clearly communicated in advance the number of hours required and the days alloted to complete the modules.

Your time starts when you register for a module. Registering for module is different from joining a course. You register for the module after you receive the welcome kit from our end. By registering yourself, you communicate your readiness and commitment towards studying the module.

However, you are advised to complete the Diploma programmes within one year, otherwise it may attract additional charges from CTH.

You are advised to register for a module only when you are ready to commit yourself to it. Once you have registered for the module, you are required to complete it within the given time span. However, in rare case that you are not able to complete it within alloted time span, you may send a mail to help-desk stating clearly the reason and requesting for grace time. You may be given grace period to complete the module. This may attract some additional fee.

Alternatively, if you wish to discontinue studying a module for time being and then resume it after some days, you may send us a mail towards that as well. In that case, the module will be made inactive and your clock will stop till you are ready to resume studies. This is the best option.

Enrollment means that you have completed the admission formalities and have paid the required course fee. Registration to a module is when you register to take a particular module and show your willingness to commence the study. This process gives you maximum flexibility to plan out your study. But at the same time, you are encouraged to study on your own from different sources in order to enhance your knowledge. If you enroll for a course and within 72 hours of enrollment for a module you decide to discontinue, you can apply for a refund, explain the reason for which you want to discontinue. In such a case we shall refund you the fee deducting 10% administrative charges. No, refund request will be entertained after 72 hours of enrollment for any module.

Score for online multiple choice type tests are available immediately. However, other tests and assessments where the tutors needs to mark them based on the quality of your answers or work, the scores become available within 15 calendar days from when you appear for the test or submission.

Yes. You can reappear for the online final examination for a module up to two retakes without attracting any additional fee. Third retake onwards, you will have to pay a fee of Rs. 250/- per module, for which you want to re-appear.

However, if you fail in the final CTH examination and wish to retake it, you will have to pay CTH examination fee for the particular module as per the CTH policy.

Yes. It is possible to switch to other course, with following terms and conditions:

• Not more than 20% of the course is completed at the time switch is applied for.
• The switch is applied for within 7 days from the date of registration.
• The fee for both the modules/ course must be same.
• Switching will not be allowed to a course with lesser fee than that of the course originally enrolled for.
• Switching to a course with higher course fee is permitted after payment of difference fee amount.
• Only one switch will be permitted.
• Switching is only possible for single module certifications.
